#LOVE2020: “THE YEAR OF LOVE.”—So Much Time: Spend Quality Time With God. Develop a spiritual walk with God daily. Do this by developing a relationship with God and man. Develop your mind. Don’t allow others to discourage you mentally. Look at yourself in the mirror. Get to know who you are as a person. Conduct yourself in a manner that’s pleasing to God, not man. Learn the value of showing respect. Educators respect students.
Students respect all educators. CIrcumstances and situations may come in your life; they come to make you strong. While you are sheltered at home, discipline yourself. Discipline your mind. Discipline your body by eating the best possible healthy diet. Discipline your body by exercising safely as often as possible. (Practice social distancing.) Finally, it is so important to take time to pray. Pray for yourself. Pray for your family. Pray for your church. Pray for your community. Pray for your state. Pray for your nation. Pray for all the world. We can find comfort in the words of an old gospel song which states, “the things that we love, and are dear to our heart, are just borrowed; they are not ours at all. Jesus only let us use them, to brighten up our lives. Every now and then, you must remind us Dear Lord.” In times of tribulation, allow your faith to give you peace. Be calmed by your faith. Trust in God. God’s power is always at work in our life. Open up your mind. In spite of disease, death, and devastation all around you; allow your heart to welcome you to spiritual love. Stay faithful. Stay strong. Stay safe. Be blessed.
